Promotional Codes & Prices
Calusa Surf & Ski will, on occasion, supply promotional and discount codes via our newsletter. These offers can only be used when placing an online order; the code must be entered at the shopping basket stage of your purchase in order to receive your discount. Unfortunately Calusa Surf & Ski are unable to offer these discounts retrospectively, so if you would like to use the offer sent to you, you must enter the correct code at the checkout.
Please note that time limitations apply to all promotion and discount codes.
Returns & Exchanges
Calusa Surf & Ski is committed to fully satisfying you with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your unused products, please follow the steps detailed below.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order to do this you will require a returns number which you can obtain by emailing us at customerservices@calusa.co.uk. We cannot accept any returns without this prior authorisation.
Please send the item for return back promptly after you have received your returns number. Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage and there will be an additional postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due.
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. Due to the nature, refunds on swimwear cannot be granted unless faulty.

Calusa Surf & Ski reserves the right to change our product specifications and prices at any time.
Terms of Purchase
Orders are to be paid in full and payments for the products are to be cleared. The order is binding after you have received the order confirmation and details from us. All orders are subject to stock availability and the clearance of payment. Cheques, please allow 7 – 10 days to clear before we ship the product.
Prices / Payment
All prices are shown in pound sterling and VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate. We accept all the major credit / debit cards and cheque's.
Delivery
All items will be dispatched for delivery once all payments have been paid for in full and cleared. Our products are delivered fully insured against loss or damage and must be signed for when delivered. This will then be used as proof of delivery. When ordering you must ensure the address given for delivery is the same as the billing address.

The information collected will not be released to any third parties and will be used to fulfil your product and service orders and to create a more personalised experience.
