Our main carrier we use for dispatch are Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd class deliveries and Parcelforce for next day delivery, we have found these to provide the most reliable and dependable service.
All goods ordered before will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that for next day delivery a signature will be required. This is based on a normal working week Monday to Friday and does not take into account bank holidays.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from Calusa Surf & Ski confirming your details, an additional email will be sent when your order has been packed and sent for dispatch.
Special delivery \ next day orders must be made before 12:00 mid-day to be delivered before 17:00 the following working day. Otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day. If you have selected the Next Day Delivery option there will be a charge added to your order.
